Teacher Training Bootcamp: Google Edition

I am so excited to introduce everyone to a new blog series I am working on with several of my blogging friends called Teacher Training Bootcamp. The idea behind the series is to teach educators from across the world tips and tricks that will help in the classroom. Our first edition is to share ideas about using Google Apps in the classroom. Many districts from across the globe participate in the Google Apps for Education program (GAFE). Unfortunately, many do not know how to maximize these tools for optimal effectiveness. This is why we have decided to become Google Certified Trainers and help others as we go through the process of the studying for the certification. If you would like more information about how Google Apps can help you, watch the following video then click on the picture below to link to the first posts.

We would love it if you would participate in the process with me. Feel free to link up your own post with us on the dates from the video. Also, if you would like to join our group, please feel free to contact me. This information can be found on my blog. Click on the picture below for more information.

Do you use Google Apps in the classroom? Would love to talk with you and ask that you share the picture above via Pinterest to get the word out!

  2. I am in a district with the GAFE tools and currently teach 2nd-3rd grade bilingual in a 1:1 iPad classroom. I would love to share how I have been able to utilize these tools in my classroom and show how my students have benefitted from this kind of learning!
