Read, Writing, Publish--Repeat
Hi everyone, it's Alison Whiteley from Toad-ally Exceptional Learners. I wanted to share how I have increased the reading and writing for my students with exceptional needs. Many of my students have a love/hate relationship with reading. Many don't want to be pushed and others just don't wish to read at all. My student now read a book and write about it each week. Then they publish what they wrote. This has improved their reading but also their writing. Not to mention a new found love for reading.
