Use iPad Apps as a Ticket Out the Door

One of my complaints about many iPad apps is that they are just big quizzes.  However, I have recently found that these particular apps are perfect for being used as a ticket out the door.  My class been using a Math Fact App called Flash to Pass this week.  Each student answers one question and we try to get through all of the questions before the timer goes off.
